Years spent in the industry as well as the current pandemic, made us aware of the need to take better care of our body and mind. In order to maintain our passion for film-making and work long term in the industry we must make some changes. We advocate a mindful and intentional approach not only to film-making but also to ourselves.
That is why we would like to offer our community different well-being sessions focused on nutrition, movement, stress management and self-care. The greatest advantage of our classes is that they are highly customisable – choose online or offline mode, do them individually or in a group.

I love my job, but after so many sleepless nights and long stressful days, I feel I can’t go on like this anymore!
