About Daniela:

Daniela trained for 5 years in India at the traditional Kalaripayyatu schools Kalarigram and Hindustan Kalari Sangam, under the guidance of masters Lakshmanan Gurukkal, Shatrughnan Gurukkal and Radhika Gurukkal, and their disciples Nikhil Varagiri, Vishnu KP and Akshay Sekhar.

A practice which benefits body and mind

Daniela will teach you the warrior postures of Kalari which embody the essence of 8 animals, both static and moving, a series of kicks, jumps and turns, and beautiful dance-like warrior sequences. She will guide you through a series of body conditioning exercises, stretching, correct breathing and body alignment.

After 5 years of intensive training at the traditional Kalari school in India, Daniela offers to share her love of this ancient art with you. She currently conducts two morning and two evening sessions per week.

Her classes are friendly and accessible, and you do not need any experience to join.
