ABOUT MASTERCLASS & WORKSHOPS:

The program contains three-day of online sessions, where you will get to know how to get your project ready for pitching and how to present it to co-producers, founders, broadcasters, and distributors pointing out a realistic market expectation for your project. Over the course of this workshop, we’ll channel our insights and expertise into your project, delivering frank feedback and essential advice to help you navigate a pathway to success.

• MASTERCLASS PRICE:  80 EUR ( incl. 20 % VAT )  / per person

• 3 DAYS WORKSHOP PRICE (including Masterclass): 380 EUR ( incl. 20 % VAT ) / per project – Team of 2 or 3 people (director, producer, editor) 

Workshop Participants with project will attend 25 /2/ Friday from 5pm to 8pm and weekend Saturday & Sunday from 10am to 2pm.

1st DAY: 25/2/ 22 –  5pm – 8 pm (CET) on ZOOM Masterclass –  open to all with or without project

• First Steps – PRE DEVELOPMENT phase/ find YOUR UNIQUE STORY
• IDEA, TOPIC, CONTENT mind of producer and eye of the distributor!
• RESEARCH
• ESTABLISH WHAT KIND OF FILM YOU WANT TO MAKE – How this affects my financing and later on distribution possibilities?
• LOCAL VS INTERNATIONAL – How can our local story become international?
• DON’T HAVE A PRODUCER? – How to find one? 
• HOW DO I PACK MY PROJECT AND MAKE GREAT PITCH – Showing examples!

First masterclass session is intended to make a general 3 hour interactive overview on the key points of project development and of the art of pitching, where 3 participants will have chance to present their project and get feedback both from the expert and other masterclass participants.  

If you participate only in the Friday Masterclass you would get : 

• Overview of the key points for each documentary development phase that would save your time and money and make your creative process joyfull 
• Insight of currant market needs and expectations when it comes to development and film presentations / pitch 
• Clearer picture on what would be best format for your film and the financing route 
• Industry know how on what is that todays decision makers ( TVs Distributors and Fund ‘s ) are looking for 

2nd – 3rd DAY: 26/02/-27/02/22 – 10am – 2pm (CET) on ZOOM Workshop – LIMITED PLACES / only for participants with the project

Workshop will be dedicated to a limited number of specific projects and teams, where the participants will work in group and will have individual mentorship sessions, hands on tips and hints on their personal project from one of the top industry experts.
