About Jess Gormley:
Jess has worked for Guardian Documentaries for five years, exec producing on the strand’s OSCAR, BAFTA and EMMY-winning short films for the Guardian’s online platforms. Jess specialises in news adjacent, character-driven documentaries that go on to have real-world impact, with examples of projects playing in the Houses of Parliament in the UK and Congress in the US. Prior to the Guardian, Jess spent ten years working as a film producer, in both scripted and non-scripted roles for cinema and broadcast.
