#docsconnect Taskovski Training 1st Module Workshop 2025 in Manila, Philippines

We are thrilled to announce the #docsconnect Taskovski Training 1st Module Workshop 2025 in partnership with the Film Development Council of the Philippines!

This collaboration offers an incredible opportunity for selected participants to receive mentorship from award-winning industry experts including Irena Taskovski and workshops and masterclasses on funding, pitching, distribution, and impact strategies, as well as networking opportunities with global industry professionals. This opportunity is open to documentary filmmakers and non-fiction storytellers who want to create innovative and impactful films.

The Film Development Council of the Philippines will select 10 film projects (in development, production, or rough cut stage) to be represented by their director and producer. Additionally, 15 observers will be chosen to gain invaluable insights into filmmaking trends, practices, and creative strategies.

APPLICATION PROCESS
Follow these steps to be part of this incredible program:

1. Create an account at training.taskovskifilms.com/membership/ and upload the required documents.
2. Prepare your submission in an organized Google Drive folder with shared viewing settings.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPANTS

✅ Logline and synopsis of your documentary film
✅ Director and Producer’s statements
✅ Director’s filmography
✅ Producer’s filmography and production company profile (if applicable)
✅ Brief resume, HD profile photo, and a copy of a government-issued ID
