About CarmEN:

Carmen has been attentive to nourishment since a young age. Early experiences with nutritional imbalance led her into the world of cooking, where she explored techniques, forms, and the creative potential of ingredients. She later trained in nutrition and dietetics with a therapeutic perspective, bringing together culinary craft and mindful nourishment.

She cooks with seasonal and high-quality ingredients and is deeply inspired by the balance found in Mediterranean cuisine. Living in the countryside, she grows some of her own produce and maintains a close connection with the land and Mother Nature. This relationship informs her cooking, which is grounded, intuitive, and rooted in presence.

Carmen currently cooks for retreats, private villas, and family or company gatherings. Her approach to food invites people to slow down, savor, and return to a more conscious way of nourishing themselves and others.

Carmen cooked for us during the Conscious Filmmaking Training 2025/26, bringing her seasonal, mindful approach to every meal. Her way of connecting with ingredients and nature resonates deeply with our philosophy of presence, creativity, and conscious living.
