About Anita Gaur:
Anita has practiced Sustainable Architecture and Urban Design, for 20 years exploring how built and natural environments impact human psychology and influence our individual and collective wellbeing. Working both independently as well as leading teams on many different projects brought her to further explore the fields of leadership and cooperation.
She subsequently trained in Facilitation, Mediation and Conflict Management, and since 2017 works at Coverdale International, a leading organisational development company with significant experience in delivering international leadership development programmes, transformation projects and critical conversations; serving organisations, teams and individuals.
Anita combines her talent and interest in languages, cultures, visual arts, architecture, psychology, cooperation and leadership into unique, insightful and engaging programs that aim to spark greater awareness of the self and others; leading to more harmonised and productive teams.
Her love for Italian cinema, art and architecture took her all the way from her native India to Italy; straight into a Fellini-esque multi-cultural family! She lives and works from Auroville, an international intentional township in South India, with her two teenage daughters.
